In his ongoing Jurassic Nature collection, Japanese artist Raku Inoue layers sprigs of kiwi vines, white spruce, and boxelder maple into miniature sculptural dinosaurs. The ribbed, veiny textures of the leaves mimic the reptilian pores and skin of among the most recognizable characters from the 1993 basic. Minimal in kind and plush in building, the creatures embody a dandelion-headed brontosaurus, a stegosaurus with spiky raspberry leaves defining its again, and a velociraptor laced with forget-me-nots.
Inoue is including a number of extra dinosaurs to the collection, so keep watch over his Instagram for updates. You may also discover prints of quite a lot of his botanical creatures in his store. (by way of Lustik)
